About Auntie Jeans Cuisines

Auntie Jeans Cuisines was created by our head chef and owner Chef SoLa. The name Auntie Jeans Cuisines comes from Chef SoLa's mother who was known for her take on Jamaican dishes and used to "turn her hand mek fashion" so to speak with dishes from many different cultures. Chef SoLa's style was also inspired by his time spent with some of his Asian friends growing up representing Chinese, Filipino & Vietnamese cuisines. Chef SoLa would always bring ideas back to his mother's kitchen and there is where he then "turn his hand mek fashion" to bring you Auntie Jeans Cuisines a catering brand that specializes in Caribbean-Asian fusion catering.
